Working with our clients

The steady growth of our company, has been supported by our clients willingness to innovate.
Our clients are what are  often known as "early adapters".  They love new ideas and know that their teams want innovative challenges. Often, they come to us with ideas, which we then develop into a successful Team Challenge. Project X is great example. It started with a simple idea from one of our regular clients, which we then developed and then supplied to the said client. It has been our best selling product for the past 3 years!!!

Our story

With hindsight it was madness. To leave a secure environment in UK to create the first "real" team building company in Portugal in 1992 – It seems a long time ago. It has been a fantastic journey with lots of ups and a few downs.

1992 to 1999 Team fun and innovation

We brought the first Human Table Football inflatables to Portugal, followed by off-road karts, Climbing Walls and Obstacle Courses . Lots of new ideas for games that helped with team spirit were added to our portfolio.

2000 to 2005 Team building

Our clients started to ask for games focused on the importance of understanding how teams work, so Project X,  Around the World,  Football Challenge, Rhythm Circle, Catering Capers and The Bridge were added.

2005 to date Team Training

The success of the above challenges  led to requests for team activities  with a greater training application . Thus, we created strategic partnerships with Uk based companies such Sandstone (UK)  leading to Liberation, Rat Trap, Mexican Railway and Market Wars.

Continued development of further strategic challenges/games where the debriefing and facilitation is the key to a successful measured outcome for our clients.
